I contacted your company to find out if your shoes would fit my granddaughter who has wide feet. Your staff was helpful but despite following directions for measuring her feet, the shoes that your representitive said would fit, did not; not wide enough. So I returned them at my cost of shipping.
I'm very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the sizing of these shoes. It is obviously very difficult for us to tell over the phone if a shoe is going to fit a particularly wide foot or not.
