Orders will be shipped within 1 business day from the date of order. Orders placed on Saturdays or
Sundays will be shipped the next business day, unless that day is a holiday.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES - HOW TO QUALIFY
To qualify for free returns you must be a member of our Loyalty Rewards Program, which means you have
created an account and you have logged into your account before checking out to complete your order.
The item must be returned within 60 days of purchase in new condition and in its original packaging.
If you qualify for a free return, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item
you wish to return. Customer Service will email you a return label for you to apply to the package. You may also
call us at 1-800-315-3039 : M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST with your order number and the item you wish to return.

To qualify for free shipping orders must be shipped in the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipped outside the U.S. do not qualify for free shipping.
The method of free shipping will be at the sole discretion of Tyke and Co. but in general you can expect the following:
Shipped to: West Coast = 3 - 4 business days (not guaranteed)
East Coast = 5 - 8 business days (not guaranteed)
Priority Mail (2-3 Day) - United States Only
This service is NOT guaranteed, but it is very reliable and in general you can expect the following:
Shipped to West Coast = 2 business days
East Coast = 3 business days
Alaska & Hawaii = Allow 3 - 5 days
This service is guaranteed to arrive by 8 PM on the second business day after the order date.
Due to the high cost of shipping to Canada we cannot offer free shipping or free returns. Also, please note that
there will likely be customs, duty and GST charges that are charged by the Canadian government and not included
in the shipping charges. We have no control over these charges and we will not be responsible for refunding
