How
do I Exchange for a different size?

| We can handle this one of two ways; you may purchase another pair today and send
the wrong size back to us and we will credit your credit card as soon we receive
them back, OR just send back the shoes with a note telling us what size and
style you want to exchange them for, and we will send them back to you at no
charge, (as long as you are exchanging an equally priced item) Please make sure the shoes are in

Can I get
a refund if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Yes! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of bobux® please call us at
1-800-315-3039 and we will take care of you, or send the shoes back to us at
Bobux USA PO Box 1539 Castle Rock, CO 80104 along with a note
explaining the reason for the refund request. |
