We really enjoy seeing
all the photos our great customers submit,
it does however, make it a very difficult decision
to choose a winner.
Thanks
to everyone who submitted photos for our photo contest,
don't forget we will select a new winner every month, so get your pictures in. Please note
the pictures must show your child wearing Bobux baby
shoes to qualify.
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting the photo and comments you represent
and agree to the following terms: 1) you have
the legal right to submit the photo, in other words
you are the legal guardian or parent of the child in
the photo. 2) you grant full rights without limitation
to RT Nash, Inc. dba Bobux USA to use the photo with
or without the comments submitted for purposes
including but not limited to; advertising printed and
online, Bobux USA's website and Facebook page. These
rights are for an unlimited number of times applicable
to all media now known. 3) You also agree that the photo
may be cropped or edited in RT Nash's discretion to
accommodate the permitted uses. 4) These rights
may be transferred in whole or part at RT Nash's discretion.
5) We cannont guarantee that the submitted photo
will be used.
